Position Responsibilities - Summary

My client is currently looking for an experienced software application developer to join their R&D group. The Application Developer will work in multi-tier environment focusing on Backend and Middleware layer development for care management application. The Backend Implementation Developer will work with a product line focusing on web-based communication and care management platforms for the healthcare market. We are looking for professionally confident candidates who enjoy a fast-paced, creative environment using latest development technologies to leverage their mature experience, communication and team-work skills.

Detailed Responsibilities;

· Candidate should be able to transform marketing requirements into specifications; plan and develop the application line through its entire life-cycle. Specifically - desktop applications incorporating components and advanced user interface.
· Candidate must have prior experience designing and implementing advanced N-Tier systems designed for commercial use. Specifically, applications incorporating middleware components and advanced database back-end.
· The candidate should be a strong team player with a natural aspiration for excellence

Required Skills and Competencies:

· Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering or relevant equivalent
· 2-4 years experience with C# and ASP.NET.
· Minimum of 4 years experience creating and maintaining software applications using C#, or a combination of C#, C++ and VC++.
· Experience with COM, COM+, ATL, and STL a Plus.
· Experience creating and maintaining software functionality delivered over SQL and specifically MS-SQL Servers.
· Current experience in a software development or solutions firm.
· High energy level, passion for technology, and delivery focused - Ability, Attitude, & Passion to do what is necessary to deliver projects on time.
