Senior Manager in External Reporting #296608

As a Senior Manager within the External FinancialReporting Unit, you would be responsible for the accurate and timely completion and delivery of the Companys quarterly and annual SEC reports to internal and external audiences.

You would ensure that reported information is clear, well-written and substantiated and in accordance with the latestGenerally Accepted Accounting Principles and SEC Regulations.

You would also work on complex accounting and business issues and projects throughout the year, including providing technical accounting advisory services in connection with new business issues and transactions and developing and reviewing new and existing Firmwide policies and procedures. As such, you would be a key contact across the Firm in responding to complex, high-impact requests and issues.
