Responsibilities:
Budget, plan, code, test, debug, package, port and document software as needed to produce, enhance, or maintain Information Integrity products. Participate in Process Improvement Teams as needed (functional teams, QA, control file teams, etc).

Product Development Process:
-New Products/ 75% Development

New Products/Development Performs the following when assigned to a project in the following sub-process:
-Idea Generation

-Participates in research capabilities and prepares idea documents.

-Idea Qualification

-Participates in research solution, prepares project plan and budget.

-Development Codes, tests, debugs, packages, and ports Information Integrity product.

-Distribution

-Trains customer teams, trains support teams, documents product for GR team, performs development responsibilities for enhancements/fixes as needed.* Support * Budgets, plans, codes, tests, debugs, packages, ports, and documents revisions to the existing products.

-Retirement : Assists in the retirement plan.

Customer Development Process:

-Customer Relationships 5%

-Customer Relationships: Prepares software for distribution.

-Provides support for customers, customer partners, and early release partners including workarounds, troubleshooting, bug fixes.

-Installs software at customer partner sites.

-Trains customer partners.

-Serves as backup for product support as needed.

-Participates in the Information Integrity conference as needed.

Team Development Process:
-Interviewing/Mentoring 5%

-Interviewing/Mentoring: Assists in the recruiting, hiring and training of new software development team members.

-Participates in team member survey programs.

-Develops additional skills / knowledge through training and education.

-Mentors junior staff.

-Trains other team members on applications.

-Trains other developers on software tools as needed (tracker, animator, source safe, etc).

-Serves as team leader.

-Participates in training teams.

Asset Management Process:

-Record Customer Interactions 5%

-Record Customer Interactions: Fills out budget forms as needed.

-Maintains vaulted copies of software per PDP as completed.

-Provides information to maintain a customer database.

-Records interactions with customer in that same database.

Other Activities:
-Other Activities 10%

Voice of the Customer Process:

-Participates in evaluating and prioritizing enhancement requests and reported problems.

-Participates in obtaining the Voice of the Customer in all phases of the PDP.

-Participates in obtaining the Voice of the Customer during the industry Conference.
