Senior Customer Market Insights Manager

Primary Responsibilities:
The Senior Customer Market Insights Manager is responsible for driving research direction and activities for Quicken Solutions Groups’ core business. This position will help defining the information need, planning for research activities and executing to deliver actionable insights to cross functional partners.

Requirements:
-Be a core member of the Quicken and Quicken Bill Pay product team to define research needs and to drive customer insights.

-Work in cross-functional environment, using research and other customer information to address business needs and to make actionable recommendations.

-Manage and drive all research activities (both quantitative and qualitative) for Quicken and Quicken Bill Pay.

-Manage the entire research process that typically includes issues identification, research design, working with outside vendors on project execution, delivering results and insight to business partners.

-Be the focal point supporting customer knowledge integration.

-Be the consultant to business partners in understanding and ensuring the appropriate use of research information.

-Support quantitative research activities of other businesses within the Quicken Solutions Group.

Qualifications:
-7+ years of solid market research experience with a client or vendor, either in consumer goods or hi-tech companies.

-Solid experience across broad range of market research techniques, both quantitative and qualitative.

-Ability to design appropriate research methodologies for the right business questions, and to apply research results driving business decisions.

-Strategic thinker with analytical and creative mindset.

-Strong influencing skills across all levels.

-A team player and can work across all levels.

-A passion for understanding the customer and their needs.

-Written/Oral communications skills.

-BS/BA degree, MBA or equivalent desirable.
