Technical Support Operations seeks a Sr. Business Analyst to providestrategic and tactical support in critical project planning andexecution. عمليات الدعم التقني ويسعى الأب لprovidestrategic محلل الاعمال التجارية والدعم التكتيكي في تخطيط المشاريع andexecution الحرجه. - Service Supply Chain (SSC) impact analysis of move to Premium services and network level services -- الخدمة سلسلة التوريد (التعاون فيما بين بلدان الجنوب (تحليل اثر الانتقال الى قسط التأمين والخدمات ومستوى شبكة الخدمات

- Analysis and processes needed to reduce service readiness time of 30/60 days from support contract signing -- التحليل والعمليات اللازمة للحد من الوقت للاستعداد الخدمة 30/60 يوما من تاريخ توقيع العقد الدعم

- Multiple Service Level per Contract - SSC impact assessment -- مستوى خدمات متعددة لكل عقد -- تقييم الاثر التعاون فيما بين بلدان الجنوب

- Work with Discovery tool team to validate Parts that need to be registered on a Contract for Sparing -- العمل مع فريق اكتشاف أداة للمصادقة على الاجزاء التي تحتاج الى ان تكون مسجلة على عقد لتجنيب

Responsibilities: المسؤوليات :
- Statistical and business analysis / decision support -- الاحصاءيه وتحليل الاعمال / دعم اتخاذ القرار

- Business modeling and metric reporting -- نماذج الأعمال التجارية وتقديم التقارير متري

- Develop, gain consensus and document the processes (current as well as continual improvement) -- وضع ، والحصول على توافق الآراء وثيقة من وثائق العمليات (الحالي فضلا عن التحسين المستمر)

- Development of recommendations with impact statements -- وضع توصيات مع بيانات عن الآثار

- System spec design for production, reporting requirements, IT collaboration as needed -- تصميم نظام للمواصفات الانتاج ، ومتطلبات اعداد التقارير ، بالتعاون حسب الحاجة

- Interface with multiple databases and data warehouses to generate reports -- التفاعل مع قواعد بيانات متعددة ومستودعات البيانات لتوليد تقارير

- Main POC for Finance to ensure information flows and charges are accurate -- POC الرئيسي لتوفير التمويل اللازم لضمان تدفق المعلومات ورسوم دقيقة

- Collaborate with organizations within Technical Support, Finance, Customer Advocacy -- فى اطار التعاون مع منظمات الدعم التقني ، والمالية ، والدعوة العميل

- Periodic communication with support teams as well as Senior Staff -- الدوري الاتصالات مع فرق الدعم فضلا عن كبار الموظفين

Required Skills: المهارات المطلوبة :
- 8+ years of experience. -- + 8 سنوات من الخبرة. BS/MS or equivalent. بكالوريوس / ماجستير او ما يعادلها.

- Proven success in business analysis and decision support reporting and implementation. -- اثبتت النجاح فى الاعمال التجارية وتحليلها وتقديم التقارير ودعم اتخاذ القرار والتنفيذ.

- Ability to successfully interface and influence with many different functional groups. -- القدرة على التأثير والتفاعل بنجاح مع العديد من المجموعات الوظيفيه المختلفة.

- Leadership to drive metrics and reporting across the supply chain disciplines. -- لقيادة حملة القياسات والابلاغ عبر سلسلة التوريد التخصصات.

- Capability to complete data review for inconsistencies and processflaws along with recommendations for solutions to identified problems. -- القدرة على بيانات كاملة لاستعراض اوجه التضارب وprocessflaws جنبا الى جنب مع توصيات لايجاد حلول لمشاكل محددة.

- Ability to analyze data, identify trends and substantiate statistical significance view points -- القدرة على تحليل البيانات ، وتحديد الاتجاهات واثبات أهمية وجهات النظر الاحصاءيه

- Ability to complete cost/benefit analysis and deployment of approved strategies. -- القدرة على انجاز تحليل التكاليف والفوائد ونشر الاستراتيجيات المعتمدة.

- Familiar with system data pulls -- درايه بيانات نظام تأثيرات

- Proven success in developing and reporting on KPIs -- اثبتت نجاحا في البلدان الناميه وتقديم التقارير عن kpis

- Self starter along with social and influencing abilities -- لبدء الحوار مع الذات والاجتماعية والتأثير على قدرات
