Position Responsibilities - Summary:

This position is for an experienced Siebel CRM Developer/Analyst reporting
to the Application Manager, responsible for Application Configuration,
Development and Support. This position interfaces closely with the Business
Services group, responsible for business requirements, as well as the
development/support team located offshore.

You will be responsible for configuration and development of the Siebel CRM
applications for new projects and support activities including analysis,
design, and testing. You will be responsible for any or all aspects of the
System Development Life Cycle - from conceptual phase through to
implementation. You will be part of a team that supports post-implementation
and ensures global SLA’s are achieved.

The CRM Systems are based on the Siebel Suite of Sales, Marketing,
Analytics, Partner Relationship Management, Order Management & Services
modules.

Detailed Responsibilities:

- Participate in troubleshooting activities (space, data errors, SQL
statements, interfaces to external systems, etc.)

- Configuration, application development, testing, and go-live
activities as required

- Responsible for functional and technical documentation as required

- Manage tasks/collaborate with global resources

- Support the Marketing and Analytics Siebel Applications

- Work with IT and business leaders across organizations/geographies
to understand and fulfill business requirements as necessary

- Troubleshoot & resolve functionality/data related queries

- Assist in critical interface development/support

- Optimize production support activities - driving down repeat
tickets/issues

- Adhere to IT Change Control and PMO processes for
enhancement/projects

- Lead infrastructure and application upgrades as required

- Liaison with Data Center and cross-functional project teams -
across geographies - to meet customer SLA and project deadlines

- Participate in cross-training and knowledge transfer activities
with project teams including end-customers

- System optimization - performance analysis and reviews

- Security administration as required (Design, objects, profiles -
create user Ids, reset passwords, creating roles)

Required Skills and Competencies:

Skills and Experience:

- Strong knowledge/experience with Siebel 7.8

- Experience with Siebel Server Administration and architecture

- Experience in multiple full-cycle Siebel implementations and
Siebel Upgrades

- 6+ Years Experience with Siebel Sales, Marketing, PRM, and Order
Management & Services Modules

- Experience with Siebel Analytics

- Must have strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, and Unix scripting skills

- Experience in Siebel Configuration, EIM, EAI, Business Service
Scripts, etc.

- Working knowledge of J2EE, Java, Visual Basic, and ACTUATE is a
plus

- Experience in full project life cycle - including post production
support.

- Understanding of software development methodologies and PMO
process.

- Ability to map business requirements to functionality available in
relevant Siebel modules

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent project/organizational skills

Qualifications and Education:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or equivalent
with a minimum of 6 years’ working experience in the related field.

- Excellent time management and strong verbal, written and
interpersonal communication skills are expected.

- Analytical skills, strong perseverance, a high degree of
initiative and independence with the ability to work with associates and
business partners from various backgrounds/cultures coupled with strong
customer and partner interface.

- Ability to map business requirements to functionality available in
appropriate technologies/platforms

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines/SLA
agreements (On-time delivery, customer service, and quality of execution are
key performance requirements)

- Highly motivated - self-starter, proactive with time management
skills

- Knowledge of IT audit practices - Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley
compliance would be a plus

- Must be a hands-on and lead by example

- Proven ability to multitask and work through ambiguous
requirements

- Must be flexible, adaptable, & available for support during
non-standard hours.
