BCI Staffing, Inc., has an immediate opening for a Remedy Developer. This person will join a team that is providing dedicated support to our customers by designing, developing, testing, and implementing Remedy applications and workflow enhancements from business requirements, in accordance with the corporate procedures and standards.

Specifically you will be tasked to work on Remedy AR modules: AR Admin, AR User, AR Import, and Remedy Migrator. Ability to tie into Oracle Databases using SQL and XML and developing on both UNIX and Windows Operating Systems is strongly desired.

Experience with Remedy APIs, Integration and Interfacing of LDAP with the Remedy Action Request Systems and Internet/Extranets, external vendor systems and/or databases is must to be successful on this project.

Required:
-Thorough understanding of the Remedy 4.x, 5x, 6.x systems and 4 + yrs of experience as a Remedy Developer

-Ability to utilize Remedy specific tools such as AR Admin, AR User, AR Import, and Remedy Migrator Demonstrated

-knowledge/experience of Remedy Forms, Active Links, Filters, Escalations, Macros, Menus, Guides, workflow and other related components

-Knowledge of SQL and Oracle database Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Requirements Analysis, Design, Installation, Development, Testing and Deployment.

-Working knowledge of Windows/UNIX operating system

-Technical and functional knowledge of call center, asset management, and custom applications

-Team Oriented Outstanding written and oral communication skills preferred skills

-Experience with Remedy APIs, Integration and Interfaces, e.g LDAP

-Experience with integrating the Remedy Action Request Systems with Internet/Extranets, external vendor systems and/or databases

-Knowledge of Oracle, TOAD

-Knowledge of Unix

-Knowledge of XML

-Experience in one or more programming languages such as Java, Visual Basic, and/or C is strongly desired.
