Project Manager

Duration: 6 months

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay rate: $Market/hr. D.O.E.

Job Description:
Coordinate internal and customer information security related projects that are of small to medium complexity related to the company’s information services infrastructure.

-Coordinate these projects based on the direction of the division’s management, including department heads and directors.

-Responsibilities include: project scheduling and schedule tracking, project execution, status reporting, project budget oversight, and project team coordination.

Required Skills:
-Expert knowledge of various project management methodologies and techniques.

-Expert knowledge of various systems development lifecyle techniques including “waterfall” and RUP.

-Working knowledge of information security best practices for Windows and UNIX platforms.

-Working knowledge of secure application development best practices.

Position requires the following background (experience and education):
-Experience managing large database or application implementations.

-10 years minimum managing system development projects.

-Experience managing technical teams of at least 20 - 50 members.

-Bachelor degree in information systems, computer science or related management science degree.

-Bankcard industry experience preferred but not required
