Our client needs a Senior System Integration & Test Engineer to lead system
integration and test effort for RFID reader products. System test of RFID
readers requires standard compliance, stress, performance, and environmental
testing. Our approach is end-to-end including RF, software (embedded and
application), and IP networking. Work closely with our systems, RF and
software engineers to define and be responsible for a diverse set of tasks.

* Define test methods for characterization of end-to-end
tag-reader-application systems.
* Develop test s/w and other tools along with setting-up system test area.
* Develop field test plans and travel to customer sites to coordinate tests.

* Perform regression tests on reader product and software releases.
* Publish test reports.
* Support efforts with external standards bodies by defining RFID
reader test standards.

Required Skills

* 10+ years experience in system integration and test.
* MS degree in engineering (EE or CS).
* Experience in system test of wireless communication systems.
* Excellent understanding of communication theory, protocols,
software architecture and TCP/IP networking.
* Test software design including previous experience in embedded
software development.
* Good organization and documentation skills.
