My client is seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Project Manager to join their Professional Services team. زبائني يسعى الطاقة العالية ، التي تركز على العملاء مدير المشروع للانضمام الى فريق الخدمات المهنيه. As an experienced Project Manager you will be required to lead implementations of innovative enterprise software products. كما متمرس مدير المشروع لكم ستكون هناك حاجة لقيادة عملية تنفيذ المشاريع والبرامج منتجات مبتكرة. You will work collaboratively with a team of systems engineers, business analysts, developers and other project managers. يمكنك العمل بالتعاون مع فريق من مهندسي النظم ، والاعمال والمحللين وغيرها من مطوري ومديري المشاريع. Detailed Responsibilities : المسؤوليات التفصيليه :
· Interact with clients to understand their business needs, communicate project status and develop relationships to ensure satisfaction while minimizing project risk التفاعل مع العملاء لفهم احتياجات الاعمال التجارية ، والتواصل والوضع الحالي للمشروع لضمان تطوير العلاقات الارتياح مع التقليل الى ادنى حد من المخاطر
· Take lead responsibility in ensuring our applications meet their goals and successfully and beneficially impact our clients اتخاذ المسؤولية الرئيسية فى ضمان تلبية طلباتنا واهدافها بنجاح وتؤثر تأثيرا مفيدا على عملائنا
· Apply project management techniques and individual technical and or business knowledge to ensure that the work product and project deliverables are of the highest quality to satisfy client expectations تطبيق تقنيات إدارة المشاريع والأفراد أو الأعمال التجارية والتقنيه والمعارف لضمان ان العمل المنتج والمشاريع المقرر انجازها هي من أعلى نوعية لتلبية توقعات الزبائن
· Work with Product Management, Engineering and QA to develop solutions that will meet client’s business objectives العمل مع ادارة المنتجات ، والهندسه ، وضمان الجوده لوضع الحلول التي تلبي أهداف نشاط العميل
· Analyze business requirements, develop specifications and design solutions for client integration, configuration and implementation تحليل متطلبات العمل ، ووضع المواصفات ووضع حلول لدمج العملاء ، وتنفيذ
· Develop project plans, tasks, budget, deliverables, dependencies and resource requirements to ensure on time delivery وضع خطط المشاريع ، والمهام ، والميزانيه ، وانجازها ، التبعيات والاحتياجات من الموارد لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد
· Understand client and industry needs to drive successful outcomes فهم احتياجات العملاء والصناعة لدفع نجاح النتائج
· Track, assess and communicate client and project goals, plans, issues, timelines, action items, metrics and budgets, prior and subsequent to implementation المسار ، وتقييم وابلاغ العميل واهداف المشروع والخطط والمسائل ، الجداول الزمنية ، بنود العمل ، والقياسات والميزانيات ، والمسبقه واللاحقه لتنفيذ
· Prepare and enhance regular reporting for clients تعزيز اعداد وتقديم التقارير الدوريه للعملاء
· Work with sales team to generate incremental revenue through client services العمل مع فريق المبيعات لتوليد الدخل الاضافي من خلال خدمات العملاء
· Demonstrate leadership in all aspects of project and client interactions including quality assurance and client satisfaction. اظهار القيادة فى جميع جوانب المشروع والعميل بما فيها التفاعلات وضمان الجوده ورضا العملاء.

Required Skills and Competencies : المهارات والكفاءات المطلوبة :
· Bachelor’s degree required; Masters degree highly desirable. درجة البكالوريوس المطلوبة ؛ درجة الماجستير مرغوب فيه للغاية.
· 3-5 years of directly relevant experience managing the implementation of complex software applications with 2 years of technical project management. 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة مباشرة إدارة وتنفيذ برامج التطبيقات المعقده مع 2 سنوات من ادارة المشاريع التقنيه.
· Experience within the utility/energy industry or Big 4 or other major consulting firm or software vendor related to energy management, customer service, CRM, or demand-response a major plus. الخبرة داخل فائدة / صناعة الطاقة كبيرة او 4 او شركة استشاريه الرئيسية الاخرى او بائع البرامج الحاسوبيه ذات الصلة لادارة الطاقة ، وخدمة العملاء ، وادارة العلاقات مع العملاء ، أو استجابة للطلب كبير زائد. Candidates may have worked for companies like E-Meter, Itron, Lodestar, Logica or other similar firms in the past. المرشحين قد عملت لشركات مثل ه متر ، itron ، النجم القطبي ، logica او شركات اخرى مماثلة في الماضي.
· 2+ years in a software development environment with excellent knowledge of .NET, XML, SQL, HTML - Familiarity with relational databases, such as Oracle and SQL Server. 2 + سنوات في برامج التنمية والبيئة مع معرفة ممتازة. الصافية ، لغة الترميز القابلة للامتداد ، لغة الاستعلامات البنيويه ، لغة تأشير النص الفائق -- الالفه العلاقات مع قواعد البيانات ، مثل اوراكل ولغة الاستعلامات البنيويه الخادم.
· Experience implementing data-intensive software systems in an enterprise environment. تجربة تنفيذ البيانات ونظم برامج حاسوبيه مكثفة في بيئة مؤسسة.
· Client-facing experience a must. العملاء التي تواجه تجربة لا بد منه.
· Willing and able to travel about 10% of the time. راغبين وقادرين على السفر حوالي 10 ٪ من الوقت.
· PMI Certification a plus – Need experience with formalized SW development methodologies. PMI شهادة زائد -- تجربة مع ضرورة اضفاء الطابع الرسمي على تطوير منهجيات الموجة الثانية.
