We are seeking a Network Engineer to deploy and run our production and office networks: Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load Balancers and Cisco Phone System.
Primary Skillset Sought: NetScaler Load Balancer Experience and CCME (AIM/CUE) VoIP Experience
Responsibilities:
Maintain all networking and security hardware and software
Work with Senior Network Engineer on all range of network and security projects
Provide significant input to the design and architecture of the production systems environment
Work closely with the Unix Administrators on Layer 4-7 design and troubleshooting
Install & configure production networks in the hosted environment
Install & configure network monitoring
Install & configure new network hardware/software as necessary
Prepare and provide operational reports as necessary
Provide 24/7 support of the production environment
Maintain production operations documentation
Requirements:
CCNA minimum
Expert-level knowledge of Cisco Switches and Routers
Knowledge of load balancing
2+ years experience running production commercial networks
PIX firewalls
Vlan configuration
BS in Computer Science or equivalent
Desired qualifications:
SNMP monitoring (cacti, MRTG, etc…)
Experience with Cisco Phone switches/VoIP - CCME and AIM CUE
Production Experience with BGP, OSPF and HSRP
Experience with Cisco Wireless
Experience with Radius/TACACS
BS or Equivalent Education
QOS, traffic shaping
Link Aggregation LACP, PAgP
Trunking protocols (802.1q)
Domain Management - registrars etc.
