Position Description:

- Provide SMS and Microsoft Server administration and network support for the Federal Rail Admin.

- Team lead for application installation, updates, server and workstation patch management, and trouble shooting for all aspects of server and desktop software updates.

- Develop SMS scripts for automated distribution of standard applications, operating system and application patch updates, and monitor software operating levels to ensure systems are maintained at supported operating levels.

- Knowledge of Remedy, as well as problem management skills is desired.

Position Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years of experience Microsoft Windows servers, MCSE certification preferred
- 3 years of SMS, technical bachelors degree or equivalent technical experience required.
