Lab Technician, SanDisk, Santa Clara, CA

Job Description:
In this position, the individual will be responsible for processing wafers through any and all semiconductor operations as needed. Will execute engineering experiments as directed and disposition mis-processed or out of spec. material. The individual will also work with Cypress technicians, leads, and supervisors to facilitate SanDisk wafer lot movement.

This position requires an Associates degree (Bachelors is preferred) or equivalent background with a minimum of 10 years of related experience. The individual must have proven ability to do development work on an off-shift.

The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people.

A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
