Java Software Developer, Palo Alto, $85-100K + .2-.5% ownership of the company (J0144952)

Our client is a well-funded Palo Alto-based startup whose product will give smartphone users twice as many features as Blackberry does, including full movie, photo, email address book, and calendar viewing and sync’ing support. It’ll be bundled with up to 10 million smartphones, including PalmOne’s Treo, by January.

This company is growing quickly, and expects to triple its headcount by the end of 2005. They’re looking for sharp, confident, enthusiastic, ambitious software professionals from top schools - the same kinds of people who could get hired by Google but would prefer a pre-IPO company with even better prospects. The right candidate will be groomed to run one of the company’s future product line divisions.

Java Developer, $85-100K + .2-.5% ownership of the company
Come help our client build the web interface to its suite of applications. Design and develop the products’ web infrastructure, and use your UI design skills to create intuitive, next-generation interfaces.

Requirements:

· BS in Computer Science required (MS preferred)
· 3+ years of Java development experience
· In-depth knowledege of Java servlet development, JSP, and HTML
· Strong UI design skills
· Jakarta Struts or JavaServer Faces experience (preferred)
· Linux administration experience (preferred)
