Technical Experience:
- OO design and development skills in Java

- Experience with web-based applications using J2EE .

- Good database design and SQL skills.

- Experience with Portals and Web Servers is highly desirable.

- Experience with Content Management Systems (especially Documentum) is a plus.

- Previous government project exp a plus.
