Description:
This highly demanding Instructional Designer/Educational Project Consultant role requires to analyze, evaluate, design, create and communicate educational learning objectives and content for Systems Engineers’ (SEs) training development.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for developing learning objectives and design specs of new content.
-Create analysis and design documentation to create Courseware Designs.
-Lead working sessions with Content Development teams to develop learning objectives.
-Provide content requirements for integrated Instructor Lead and E- learning environment.
-Produce development docs to support the development teams.
-Update materials for, present at and facilitate kickoff and team synch-up meetings.
-Create Business Requirement Documentation and develop design specs.
-Create content inventory & learning maps of existing content.
-Validate, create, and update Training Materials, Reference Guides, Presentations, and Job Aids.
-Creation of timelines, dashboards, and execution strategies.
Skills and Requirement:
-Team-player with excellent project management, communication and presentation skills.
-Self-driven, highly motivated energetic and flexible self-starter capable of managing competing priorities as well as dealing with strong egos.
-Outstanding people skills and the ability to negotiate and achieve workable compromises are essential.
-Successful track record in working effectively in a fast-paced, extremely dynamic, global high-tech environment with the ability to grasp new technologies quickly.
-Absolutely proficient in Powerpoint.
-Familiarity with networking technologies a big plus.
