Import/Export Analyst (Sr.)

Job Description:
In this position, the individual will provide support for Import/Export Compliance Manager in the following areas: Responsible for daily Interface with customs brokers to resolve entry problems.

Responsible for entry recordkeeping and filing of liquidation notices. Assist with import/export audits and follow-up. Will also assist with HTS classification and country of origin reviews. The individual will assist in the development of import/export desk procedures based on company policy.

Liaise with outside counsel and internal departments with regard to export CCR applications. Will support the Reconciliation program. Provide research and analytical support on various international projects.

This position requires a Bachelors degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience.

The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people.

A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
