FP & A Manager

Text 100 is in search of a unique FP & A Manager with experience in people utilization.

This is a new position, designed to manage and focus on our largest asset and cost - people.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a background in financial planning and analysis, and wants to move their focus to the “people” side of the business.

In this hands-on role, the FP & A Manager - People Utilization will handle a variety of responsibilities including:

- planning to ensure cost-justified capacity exists to process the agreed workloads.

- establishing processes and procedures to review and control resource capacity plans.

- improving the capacity model and focusing on regional rather than local plans.

- performing analyses and establishing monthly reporting for clients and staff.

- maintaining the time and cost database.
