DBA Senior Business Systems Analyst

Senior Oracle DBA/ PeopleSoft Administrator, responsible for implementing, upgrading and maintaining all Oracle enterprise databases including Peoplesoft Financials/HR environments and non-PeopleSoft databases. Database administration talents including installing, upgrading, security, patching and tuning will be heavily utilized in support of this position. This position will require an individual who can work both individually and within a group.

Qualifications:
- 8 years of Oracle database administration experience

- 4 years of Peoplesoft/Oracle experience, preferably in an HP Unix environment

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are required

- Extensive experience supporting 24X7 mission-critical production applications and databases, including Peoplesoft

- Excellent knowledge in Unix shell scripting

- Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field

- Participation in disaster recovery and business continuity planning

- Experience working in a matrix organization and/or with overseas team members preferred
