Corporate Marketing Manager

This Silicon Valley high tech start-up is searching for a Corporate Marketing Manager to drive corporate marketing functions. This includes analyst relations, public relations, lead generation, website, events, collateral development, branding, and marketing programs.
Requires an individual with a successful track record of development and implementation of diverse marketing programs that improve corporate visibility and perception.
This person must be comfortable working on several of projects at once, adhering to tight deadlines, and overseeing budgets. Working together with Vice President of Marketing, this position will develop marketing plans and budget to support corporate marketing objectives.
Responsible for strategic planning, developing, and implementing marketing initiatives such as lead development, corporate communications, events, website, collateral and direct marketing.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent experience. 5 - 8 years experience in Marketing Communications. Experience working for an enterprise software or storage company a plus.
Candidate should have strong background in sales support material development, event planning, and knowledge of marketing communications, including strong writing, budget and project management skills.
Also required are proven verbal and written communication skills; outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills. Must have capacity to work independently as well as with a cross-departmental team.
Requires proven strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
